Instead of maximizing appointments per day, my practice model is all about building a lasting relationship with each patient and family. Direct Primary Care (DPC) puts the patient first—always. As a Trailblazer patient you get a consistent, reliable, and trusted guide; through every fever, growth spurt, and milestone.

One flat monthly fee; same-day or next-day, in-person or telehealth availability for members.

Get in touch as needed, via HIPAA-compliant text, phone, or video.
Longer Visits = Complete Care
Time to talk, problem-solve, and go deep on more complex issues. POC tests (Flu, strep, covid, etc.) included for members.

I became a pediatric nurse practitioner to care for children in a more holistic way—supporting their health, growth, and development with the time and attention they truly deserve. Whether it’s a quick question or a complex concern, my goal is to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care without rushing families out the door. Trailblazer Pediatrics is about returning to what matters most: putting patients first.

We’ve all been led to believe the traditional healthcare model is the only option: billing insurance for every small service, rushed visits designed to squeeze in as many patients as possible, and those surprise bills that show up later for things you didn’t even realize weren’t covered.
Trailblazer Pediatrics takes a different path. With Direct Primary Care, your child’s care isn’t dictated by insurance companies. You decide when your child needs to be seen, and we take the time that’s truly needed. Best of all, you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying each month for comprehensive, non-emergency pediatric care—no surprises, no hidden costs.
Meet & Greet Consultation
Before you commit to anything, we can have an in-depth conversation about how it all works, and to make sure we're a good fit. You can ask any questions you have, and we'll take time for transparency and education, so you can decide what's best for your family.
Ongoing Pediatric Relationship
As a Trailblazer patient, you won't see a rotating cast of providers, asking the same repeat questions. We'll know each other, and develop a deep lasting relationship—from a few days old, to adolescence...and then I'll guide the transition to adult medicine.
Flat Monthly Membership
Instead of juggling insurance billing every visit, being careful to stay within coverage—members pay a monthly subscription fee that includes unlimited appointments (in-person or virtual) and most typical pediatric needs.
Basic Pricing
How Much Is Membership Pediatric Care?
Trailblazer patients pay a flat monthly rate per child, depending on age. This covers most pediatric services*...anything beyond that will be discussed clearly in advance. Families pay maximum $260/month subscription, however many children are enrolled.
*We're not yet equipped to offer vaccines—but they're free via NM Dept. of Health.
